1. About us
These terms apply to services provided by friendslogistsuk Ltd (“we”, “us”), trading as Friends Logists UK, of 351 Tong Street, Bradford BD4 9QY. Contact: Friendslogistsuk@gmail.com / 07575 151225.
2. Quotations
Quotes are based on the information you provide. If the volume of goods, access, addresses or dates differ from what was quoted, we may need to revise the price. Quotes are valid for 28 days unless otherwise stated.
3. Booking & payment
Your booking is confirmed once we have accepted it in writing. Any deposit and payment terms will be set out in your quote. Payment for the balance is due as stated on your quote or invoice.
4. Cancellations & postponements
Please tell us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or change your date. Cancellation charges, if any, will be explained in your quote.
5. Your responsibilities
- Ensure goods are ready and properly packed (unless we are packing them).
- Arrange suitable parking, permits and access at both addresses.
- Tell us about fragile, valuable or unusually heavy items in advance.
- Do not ask us to move hazardous, illegal or perishable items.
6. Our liability
We take reasonable care of your goods. Our liability for loss or damage is subject to the limits of our insurance and the conditions set out in your quote. Please report any damage within 7 days of delivery. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
7. Storage
Storage is charged for the agreed period. Goods must be collected, or storage extended, at the end of the agreed period.
8. Complaints
If you're unhappy with any part of our service, please contact us and we'll do our best to put things right.
9. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
